Purpose

This site describes HeyPlumi, a vocabulary app for iOS and Android. Its only purpose is informational. It does not let you download the app, buy anything or create an account, because the app is not published in any store yet.

You are free to browse this site. What is published here is information about a product under development: the features described may change, and the ones that do not exist yet are marked as such in each section.

No guarantee is offered that the site will be continuously available, or that the information stays current beyond the date shown above.

Intellectual property

The HeyPlumi name, the Plumi character, the app design and the text on this site belong to their owners. You may quote and link to them; you may not reuse them as your own or use them to identify another product.

Links

When this site links to the App Store or Google Play it will say so explicitly. Today it links to neither, because there is nothing to link to.

We are not liable for damages arising from use of the information on this site where that use departs from what is described here, nor for the content of third-party sites reachable from here.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls to the courts designated by the applicable consumer protection rules.
